What is the HealthLeaders Media Council?

The HealthLeaders Media Council is comprised of executives from healthcare provider organizations who collectively deliver the most unbiased industry intelligence available. Join the HealthLeaders Media Council to have a voice in the healthcare industry and access the shared insight of an exclusive community of your peers. Members-only access to industry-wide intelligence, forecasts, and analysis positions your organization to benchmark against your peers, identify and respond to key trends shaping healthcare, and make sound business decisions.

What are the HealthLeaders Media webcasts?

As a thank you, HealthLeaders Media Council members who participate in research surveys will receive access to four paid on-demand webcasts or audioconferences each year, a $1,500 value! Each quarter you will be sent an e-mail with a list of webcasts from which to select. Get easy, on-demand access to healthcare leadership, service lines management, and marketing industry experts with HealthLeaders Media Webcasts. Through success stories, case studies, and lessons learned, HealthLeaders Media Webcasts deliver peer-driven, solution-focused discussions of the issues that are top-of-mind to you and your leadership team today--in your office, on your schedule. Valued between $259 and $379 each, these 90-minute programs are designed to deliver healthcare executives real-world, actionable strategies and industry insight from peer-experts and top thought leaders in the healthcare arena.

How do I receive free quarterly access to HealthLeaders Media webcasts?

Each quarter, if you have participated in a survey, you will receive a special HealthLeaders Media Webcast promotional source code from HealthLeaders Media Council in your email inbox. Once you receive your code, just go to HealthLeaders Media Webcast page – go to www.healthleadersmedia.com and click on Webcast in the left navigation or simply click on the link provided in the email sent to you, select your on-demand program and start the checkout process. During checkout enter your promotional source code in the source code box. Your basket will show a dollar amount until you enter your code, then will zero out. If you do not have a HealthLeaders Media account, you will be asked to create one. If you do, you can login prior to selecting your Webcast to make the checkout process faster. Once you have completed the checkout process your on-demand webcast will be in your “my downloads” section of your HealthLeaders Media account ready for you to use. Remember, you must be an active Council member to participate!

What is expected of me as a Council member?

We design our surveys to take less than 10 minutes to complete. You will be asked to complete an average of two surveys per month. We know you are busy and understand that sometimes you will not be able to participate in a survey you are invited to complete.

What is the Council 100s?

The Council 100s is a new, invitation-only community of C-suite healthcare leaders representing leading acute care hospitals, health systems, and physician organizations throughout the United States. This dynamic group of thought leaders, drawn from the ranks of Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Information Officers/Chief Medical Information Officers, Chief Medical Officers, and Chief Nursing Officers, shares with HealthLeaders Media its collective expertise and insight on developing trends in healthcare industry leadership.

What is required of Council 100s members?

Members of the Council 100s must complete all online surveys from the HealthLeaders Media Intelligence Unit. We will send approximately 20 surveys annually, each requiring less than 10 minutes to complete, which translates into a commitment of less than three hours per year for survey participation.

In addition, members of the Council 100s agree to be available for occasional dialogue with HealthLeaders Media editorial staff to provide insight on various topics and events.

How do I take a survey?

We will email an invitation to participate in a survey. Embedded in the text of the email invitation will be a link directing you to the survey. You can either complete the survey immediately or take it at a later time. The email notification will provide the topic of the survey and give an estimated time it takes to complete the survey. You can also check the "My Council" page on the HealthLeaders Media Council member site for available surveys.

What if I cannot access a survey link, or have trouble completing a survey?

If you have technical difficulty in accessing the survey link or completing a survey, please let us know by sending an e-mail with your name and the date you took the survey to support@healthleadersmediacouncil.com . If you have any questions regarding your promotional source code, the checkout process, or accessing your free on-demand program, please call HealthLeaders Media customer service team at 800/753-0131.

Will my privacy be protected?

Your survey responses are always kept confidential and are used only in aggregate with those of other participants. Your name is never given to anyone and you will never receive any type of solicitation as a result of participating in HealthLeaders Media surveys.
